DRIVE THROUGH GARAGE – THE ULTIMATE IN FLEXIBILITY
How useful it is to have access through the Garage to the rear garden.
By positioning an up and over door or a pair of side hung doors in the rear of a Concrete Garage enables access to be gained to the area behind the Garage.
If the front access is restricted it is very useful to utilize access to the rear of the Garage to store additional items such as boats, bikes etc.
One of our many clients who has done just that was Mr R from Cringleford near Norwich, Norfolk.
DRIVE THROUGH – EXTRA HIGH – DOUBLE LENGTH
Combining all specifications Mr R wanted a Concrete Sectional Garage 12′ wide with a wide up and over door to the front. The Garage also needed to be high enough to accommodate his newly purchased 4×4 vehicle.
In addition to this the Garage was to house a tractor mower, therefore, the design of the Garage needed to be 30′ long as well as having an up and over door in the rear of the Garage so the tractor mower could be driven into the rear garden.
We were able to provide Mr R with the exact design he required. The new Apex Concrete prefabricated Sectional Garage 12′ wide by 30′ long with an eaves height of 7′ high was erected with a 9′ wide up and over door to the front and an 8′ wide up and over door to the rear. A stylish brown roof, brick front posts, white UPVC fascias, window and guttering complimented the Garage.
