CASE STUDY – DUEL PURPOSE BUILDING

Having downsized from a much larger property Mr D’s requirements were varied.  At the new property there were a collection of dilapidated buildings.  Mr D needed a secure garage but also needed valuable office space as well as a preference for the new building to blend in with his painted rendered property.  The versatility of a concrete sectional building supplied the answer at a very reasonable cost.

The old buildings were removed and a new solid concrete base laid.  An apex garage of just under 30′ long was built using plain panels.  The building was then rendered to suit the house. The inside of the garage was divided into two. The front was left as a garage with its own personal door as well as the up and over door.  The remaining 9′ was lined out creating a superb office with its own private access door.  Two separate buildings under one roof.
