Case Study – Large Apex Concrete Sectional Garage
After various discussions with one of our customers in Hampshire, a large Apex Concrete Garage from our Premium range was chosen. The Garage was to be sited in a plot of land at the bottom of his garden that had access to the road from a side road.
Our client wanted to keep the building under 2.5m high so it kept within rules for Permitted Development. Due to the overall floor size Elevation Plans were drawn up to be presented to the local Council.
Before delivery of the Concrete Garage the site was prepared with a new concrete base as well as a new brick paved drive.
The impressive Concrete Sectional Garage 20′ wide and 24′ in length with white UPVC fascias, a coloured roof and real brick front posts was erected. The Garage was also fitted with two 8′ wide Georgian up and over doors that were electrically operated.
We spoke with our customer recently who informed us that over the previous months he has received lots of favourable comments from passing residents and neighbours.
