EXTRA ACCOMMODATION – HOBBY ROOM
Mr and Mrs B were downsizing from a large bungalow and required extra accommodation at their new home. They chose an Apex garage from our range and have insulated and lined out the inside creating a very cosy Hobby Room.
GARAGE AND WORKSHOP
Mr B lives on a residential Home Park and required a garage. The Park Home management stipulated the specification required and we were able to provide a garage to exactly match the requirement. The garage is used to house his car as well as a small workshop to the rear of the building. Mr B is very pleased indeed with his purchase.

Mrs N recently purchased a bungalow that needed total refurbishment. As part of her plans she also wanted a room to use as a Gym and decided to have the existing carport and garage removed. This enabled a new conservatory to be built and the new garage to be re-positioned in a place that made better use of the garden. Mrs N is delighted with her new garage, commenting on the excellence and efficiency of the team who laid the new base and the construction team who installed the garage within the day. The garage is currently being used for storage while further refurbishment is taking place, but she is looking forward to using it as a Gym very soon.
Many of our customers like Mrs N and Mr and Mrs B are able to easily erect a new garage or replace an existing garage, but choose not to use them as such. However, should they decide to move an Estate Agent can market the property with the added benefit of a garage – it gives the new owner the flexibility to utilize the building as to how they wish – maybe a home office or utility room or its original purpose as a garage to protect their treasured possession whether that be their car, boat, bike etc.
